Not for the weak-armed. This is a massive build; the hull is over 50 cm long. The instructions are easy to follow, though it is occasionally unclear exactly where pieces should go, as the images don't always show the best angle. The clutch power of the bricks is a bit inconsistent, though generally excellent. One area for improvement, however, is that the instructions for when and where to apply the stickers are located on the very last page of the booklet. This makes accessing certain sections very difficult. Some parts are also extremely fragile—falling off if you so much as look at them the wrong way—so trying to apply stickers often results in everything coming apart at least five times. The final result, however, is truly impressive.
Do not order from this company. They are engaged in a bait-and-switch fraud scheme. I ordered this kit and after paying, they told me it was unavailable. They substituted a box with a different, much worse kit filled with a bunch of ripped, open, damaged pieces in a poorly-packed and stuffed box. Then they ghosted me. AVOID THEM ! I am going to report them to my credit card issuer and attempt to charge this back.
Product is absolutely phenomenal. Genuinely challenging, but rewarding build. But that’s on CaDa, no buildit.
Customer experience through this site is horrendous. Car arrived all bags loose in a plain box - not the actual product box. This is a premium product and the box means a lot to me. Customer service response? “It’s ok all parts are there.”
Had a broken piece, by the time customer service actually responded, I had already purchased, received and fitted a new part myself.
Again, the product itself is outstanding.
Store owner replied:
Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed and honest feedback. We’re really glad you enjoyed the build and found the car challenging and rewarding.
We’re genuinely sorry that your experience with the packaging and customer service fell short of expectations. We understand that for a premium product, the presentation and original box can be an important part of the experience, and our response regarding the missing/broken piece should have been much more helpful.
Your feedback has been noted, and we’ll work to improve both our packaging and support experience. We truly appreciate you giving GoBuildIt a chance and are glad the product itself lived up to your expectations.
Store owner replied:
Thank you so much! 🙌 We’re glad you love the look of it. Enjoy your build, and happy building! 🔥
I had a real hard time with the parts that framed the outside skin. They wouldn’t stay locked and it kept falling over and falling over and falling over and I tried gluing them, and that didn’t work, so I got frustrated the threw the thing away. I really wish I could’ve built it. I really wanted that pretty bad. I spent a lot of money on it too.
Store owner replied:
Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re really sorry to hear you had such a frustrating time with the build. The outer frame requires the pieces to be assembled in the correct sequence and positioned exactly as shown in the instructions, as even a small difference can affect how securely everything locks together. We understand how frustrating that must have been, especially after putting so much time and money into it. We truly wish you had contacted us before giving up, as we would have been happy to help you through the difficult section.

Bag packaging was not super accurate. Instructions were very vague at times, or did not contain enough steps
Store owner replied:
We're thrilled to hear this was your most enjoyable build yet. We hope your next GoBuildIt™ model is just as much fun—happy building! 🔥
Terrible customer service, order had to be changed after weeks only to find out oroduct was out of stock. The first or 2 i received already has missing parts and poor quality instructions. Never deal with this company.
Interesting Concept, but the Instructions Left Me Confused
This was my first building set from this company, and unfortunately I never quite got along with the instructions. For some reason, only the parts added in the current step are shown in color while everything else is displayed in gray. That worked well enough for the vase, but once I started building the flower stems, things quickly went off the rails.
At some point, my Epiphyllum bouquet began to resemble a rather unfortunate mutant monster instead of a flower arrangement. I rebuilt it three separate times, convinced I had missed something, but each attempt led me to the same confusing result. In the end, I gave up on following the instructions exactly and built several sections by intuition instead. Surprisingly, that got me much closer to what the finished model was supposed to look like.
While this is not the best-looking or most impressive brick-built display piece I've made, I still enjoyed the experience. It was fun to try something different, and I'm glad I gave this brand a chance. I probably won't keep it on display for very long, but it was an interesting build and a worthwhile experiment nonetheless.
Store owner replied:

The unique blue color scheme makes it look so cool overall... full of details and highly restores the real car.
Store owner replied:

Havent completed it yet. Instructions aren't the most clear. The bags that contain the parts to build could be marked better and coincide with the Instructions to make things go more smoothly.
I truly enjoyed building this model. Especially the detail. Pieces fit tightly. This allows handling the model without pieces coming apart or falling off.
Store owner replied:
We’re glad you enjoyed the detailed build and the secure fit of the pieces. Enjoy your model, and we hope to see you back for your next GoBuildIt™ build! 🔥
geen commentaar. Dit is een bouwdoos voor gevorderde bouwers.
Store owner replied:
Bedankt voor je feedback! 🙌
We zijn blij dat je de set hebt gewaardeerd. Inderdaad, dit model is ontworpen voor ervaren bouwers die van een uitdagende en gedetailleerde bouwervaring houden. Veel bouwplezier! 🔥
Love the project. The pieces were sometimes snugger than they should be which made refitting pieces sometimes hard. Beyond that - I loved it!
