When does my order ship?

1
Order placed
Your 48-hour cancellation window starts here. You can cancel or request changes within this period — no questions asked.
2
Processing — 2 to 4 business days
We pick, pack and prepare your kit. Larger builds (3,000+ pieces) can take the full 4 days. During high-volume periods like launches or sales, processing may run a day longer — we'll let you know if that happens.
3
Dispatched — tracking number sent by email
Once handed to the carrier, you get a tracking link by email. From this point, delivery usually takes 4–7 business days.
4
Delivered
Total time from order to delivery is typically 6–11 business days in normal conditions. Processing time is not included in delivery estimates.

04 · Tracking your order

How do I track my shipment?

📦
Tracking number sent by email at dispatch
The moment your order leaves our warehouse, you receive a tracking link by email. Use it to follow your build from dispatch to delivery. You can also check anytime at gobuildit.co/pages/track-order.

Haven't received a tracking email within 5 business days? Check your spam folder first, then reach out at support@gobuildit.co and we'll sort it out within 24 hours.

05 · Cancellation

Can I cancel or change my order?

48-hour window from the time you order
You have 48 hours to cancel or request changes at no cost. After that, your order enters fulfilment and may no longer be modifiable. To cancel, email support@gobuildit.co with your order number as soon as possible.

If your order has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — see our Refund Policy for options at that stage.

06 · Lost, delayed & damaged orders

What if my order doesn't arrive?

Every GoBuildit order is fully insured from the moment it leaves our warehouse. If your order is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, we'll make it right — your choice of resolution.

🔄
Replacement order
We ship you a brand new kit at zero cost. Our preferred resolution — you get your build.
💳
Store credit
Applied to your account instantly. No expiry, use it on any future order.
💰
Full refund
100% back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

To file a claim, email support@gobuildit.co with your order number and any evidence you have — tracking screenshots, photos, delivery confirmation. We respond within 24 hours.

For packages marked as delivered but not received, please allow 24 hours — carriers occasionally scan packages before final delivery.
