Really loved building this model kit. Very satisfying.
Tough to get sections together, got down to the end missing a couple of small connectors so couldn’t install crane hook.

Product is absolutely phenomenal. Genuinely challenging, but rewarding build. But that’s on CaDa, no buildit. Customer experience through this site is horrendous. Car arrived all bags loose in a plain box - not the actual product box. This is a premium product and the box means a lot to me. Customer service response? “It’s ok all parts are there.” Had a broken piece, by the time customer service actually responded, I had already purchased, received and fitted a new part myself. Again, the product itself is outstanding.

I had a real hard time with the parts that framed the outside skin. They wouldn’t stay locked and it kept falling over and falling over and falling over and I tried gluing them, and that didn’t work, so I got frustrated the threw the thing away. I really wish I could’ve built it. I really wanted that pretty bad. I spent a lot of money on it too.

Bag packaging was not super accurate. Instructions were very vague at times, or did not contain enough steps

Terrible customer service, order had to be changed after weeks only to find out oroduct was out of stock. The first or 2 i received already has missing parts and poor quality instructions. Never deal with this company.
Interesting Concept, but the Instructions Left Me Confused This was my first building set from this company, and unfortunately I never quite got along with the instructions. For some reason, only the parts added in the current step are shown in color while everything else is displayed in gray. That worked well enough for the vase, but once I started building the flower stems, things quickly went off the rails. At some point, my Epiphyllum bouquet began to resemble a rather unfortunate mutant monster instead of a flower arrangement. I rebuilt it three separate times, convinced I had missed something, but each attempt led me to the same confusing result. In the end, I gave up on following the instructions exactly and built several sections by intuition instead. Surprisingly, that got me much closer to what the finished model was supposed to look like. While this is not the best-looking or most impressive brick-built display piece I've made, I still enjoyed the experience. It was fun to try something different, and I'm glad I gave this brand a chance. I probably won't keep it on display for very long, but it was an interesting build and a worthwhile experiment nonetheless.

Havent completed it yet. Instructions aren't the most clear. The bags that contain the parts to build could be marked better and coincide with the Instructions to make things go more smoothly.
I truly enjoyed building this model. Especially the detail. Pieces fit tightly. This allows handling the model without pieces coming apart or falling off.

Love the project. The pieces were sometimes snugger than they should be which made refitting pieces sometimes hard. Beyond that - I loved it!
Very Fast Shipping and Great Communication
So I absolutely LOVED this build. The pieces are amazing quality on par with Lego. The Neptune blue pieces used for the body are gorgeous and the over all build is sturdy and huge! I would have definitely given it 5 stars but unfortunately it was missing some of the motors. I reached out to them and the customer service was very nice and professional and maybe they are still working on getting them to me but it has been almost a month since I reached out and it has been 2 weeks since they have responded to my emails. If I receive the missing parts I will come back and give it 5 stars.
